EMA’s lightning probability workflow in STK Shield Plus provides a lightning risk analysis, specific to each scenario, to assess the probability and impact of lightning strikes on aircraft and other assets of interest. It determines lightning strike likelihood and current amplitudes based on mission profile which allows for design preparations early on. This demo covers two scenarios, a lower risk workflow and a higher risk workflow.
